Pilot terms
Use the connector with authority and judgement.
These terms govern the first, read-only pilot of Agent Atlas – Xero Connector.
Effective: 14 July 2026 · Contact: support@atlas-flow.com
1. Operator and acceptance
Agent Atlas is operated by Atlas Flow. By connecting Xero or using information returned through the connector, you confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy and Xero data-processing notices, and that you are authorised to act for the relevant organisation.
2. Pilot purpose
The connector provides read-only accounting context to support user-directed analysis in a configured Hermes installation. It is an early pilot, not a general accounting platform, autonomous financial operator or system of record. Initial live acceptance must use a Xero Demo Company before any real organisation is considered.
3. Authorised use
You must only connect a Xero organisation you are authorised to access and only request information for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the security of the Windows user account, Hermes installation, Xero account and configured AI provider. Do not attempt to bypass capability gates, access another organisation, extract credentials, overload Xero or use the connector unlawfully.
4. Read-only boundary
The first pilot can read reviewed categories of Xero information. Invoices, contacts, payments, banking, journals, and settings cannot be changed through the released pilot tools. The connector exposes no arbitrary Xero request tool.
Any future write capability requires separate Xero scopes and consent, independent capability registration, exact proposed-operation approval, one-time execution controls, payload-safe auditing, Xero read-back verification and Demo Company acceptance. Enabling one write domain must not enable another.
5. Human review and professional advice
Agent Atlas output may be incomplete, delayed, misunderstood or wrong. You must verify material information against Xero and use qualified professional advice where appropriate. The connector and its output are not accounting, tax, legal, financial, audit or investment advice. Do not make filings, payments, employment decisions, credit decisions or other consequential actions solely from generated output.
6. Xero, AI and other third-party services
Xero and the configured AI provider are separate services governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability and security controls. Atlas Flow does not control those services. You must ensure your use complies with Xero’s terms and that the configured AI provider’s data handling is acceptable before connecting a real organisation.
Xero data must not be used to train, fine-tune, adapt, enhance or improve an AI model. If a configured provider cannot meet that boundary, do not connect Xero.
7. Availability and changes
The pilot may be changed, suspended, disconnected or withdrawn to address security, provider, legal, reliability or scope issues. No guaranteed uptime, response time or support service level is offered during the pilot. Atlas Flow will not silently enable additional Xero write permissions.
8. Security and incident reporting
Report suspected credential exposure, unauthorised organisation access or unexpected write capability promptly to support@atlas-flow.com. Do not include passwords, OAuth credentials or unnecessary accounting data in email. Disconnect the integration and revoke access through Xero if continued access may create risk.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Atlas Flow and its licensors retain rights in Agent Atlas software, branding and documentation. Xero and other third parties retain their own rights. You retain rights in your business information. If you provide feedback, Atlas Flow may use it to improve the connector without claiming ownership of your underlying business data.
10. Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for decisions made using the connector and for verifying outputs. To the extent permitted by law, Atlas Flow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on generated output, unavailable third-party services, unauthorised use of your accounts or use outside the documented pilot boundary.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Any proposed commercial allocation of liability requires legal review and, where applicable, a separate customer agreement.
11. Ending use
You may stop using the connector at any time. Use the disconnect controls, review the reported remote and local outcomes, and revoke the app in Xero if required. Support files may remain locally after credentials and the managed connection entry are removed.
12. Governing context and contact
These pilot terms are prepared for an operator in New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory applicable laws and any later reviewed agreement. Questions can be sent to support@atlas-flow.com.
